Gui Miranda lives in Miami almost 10 years doing construction and remodeling as a General Contractor licensed in Florida. Founder of General Geo (GG), Gui is a Civil Engineer & MBA in Business from Brazil with more than 20 years experience doing Construction. In the last 7 years he has developed his career in Florida as a licensed Realtor and General Contractor for a wide range of projects.
He got his Green-card through extraordinary ability (EB1-VISA) based on his life-long experience in constructions and then he already change his status to american citizen.
With our experience and dedication, GG’s team and our partners are able to make the best remodeling and new construction for our clients, considering all their determinations.
Based on a previously approved plans we define each of the needs that must be resolved. This includes: submitting the plans to the city, obtaining a construction permit and carrying out the construction process until obtaining the occupancy certificate.
